Cancellation Policy

Please note that a booking constitutes a contract. We reserve the right to charge 20% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 1 calandar month before your due arrival. If you cancel less than 1 calendar month before you are due to arrive, the full amount of the stay will be charged unless the room is re-let (in which case only 20% of the cost will be charged for the inconvenience and and associated costs caused). If you are concerned about costs incurred through cancelling due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend you take out holiday insurance to protect yourself.

Non-Smoking and Pets

Smoking is not permitted within any part of Damson Lodge, and pets are not allowed on the premises. Please note that any guest who breaches these policies will be asked to leave immediately and will be liable for professional cleaning costs as well as the outstanding balance for nights booked.

Damage

We reserve the right to charge guests for replacement / cleaning required as a result of damage to our property.

Check-in / Check-out

Guests can expect their room to be ready by 1 pm on their day of arrival, unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Guests are required to vacate their room by 10.30 am on their day of departure.
